Sol: Last Days of a Star

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

The far-future civilizations of the solar system race to build arks which will carry them away from the impending nova of the Sun. Harnessing their incredible technology, they send craft into the depths of the star itself, harvesting the vast energies needed to power interstellar travel, ironically accelerating the very end they seek to escape. When the end comes, you can only hope that your ark has moved the farthest away from the dying star, and is thus most likely to survive.

Sol is a semi-abstract game featuring a beautiful game board with sculptural pieces. The player's unique motherships ceaselessly orbit around the center, creating a dynamic situation where you must make plans based on where you will be several turns from now.
