Powell's City of Books in Downtown Portland has always stood as a place of neutral meetings and brokered exchanges between magical factions. Today the Crystal Room is overbooked, but it’s fine, you can meet elsewhere… and then the lights go out.

Die Hard in a giant bookstore, but make it Dresden Files. Pregen characters provided, no experience required.

No experience required; will teach rules to new players.
